Privacy Policy

ContentMorph is operated from Australia by Port Jackson Group (ABN 25 687 963 987). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
1. What we collect
Payment and account details. When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details. We do not see or store your card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and security certifications.
The content you paste in. Content you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate your platform versions and returned to you. We do not build a library of your content, and your content is not used to train AI models.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the site.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to provide the Service: processing your subscription, generating your content, responding to your messages, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.
3. Who we share it with
Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate ContentMorph: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our AI provider (Anthropic) for generating your content. Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS and access to service accounts is limited. We keep subscription records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, and no longer than needed.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account and delete the information we hold that we are not legally required to keep. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
